- Chicken Breast. (How ever many in package)
- 2 cups of Italian Bread Crumbs.
- 1/2 cup of Mayo.
- Black Pepper-To Taste.
- Parsley Flakes.
- "Knorr" Cubed Chipotle.(1 cube)
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
First, place Bread crumbs in a bowl big enough so you can dip your chicken.
Next, combine Black pepper and Parsley flakes and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese into the bread crumbs
Mayo
in another bowl crush Chipotle cube and mix into mayo.
Chicken
Brush Chicken with mayo and dip into crumbs.
(don't drench in mayo or crumbs wont stick)
Spray aluminum with PAM because they will stick.
Heat uncoverd in 425 degrees for 40 min's
